The Big Swing

Hey people! How’s life? ( I know it’s a bit cliché) My life is brilliant. Today, I am here to express my feelings about the changes I have been observing in my family and the world, so it also includes you people here. (If you are not an alien) And Oh! I almost forgot to introduce myself. My name is Triggy, and I am a four-legged creature living a happy life in this two-legged world. In other words, I am a dog( That’s me in the photo above folks!)

Now, I bet everyone in this world has heard of this word: Corona virus If you haven’t I have no words and you have to agree there have been some visible changes that I too have been able to smell. First things first, people are not going out of their houses. They are literally locked up and are stepping out for getting food and my walk. And I am delighted because of this change; I get to spend more time with my family. (and more cuddle time! Hurrah!)

Though my family are at home mostly, they seem to be going crazy as they started speaking to themselves with a mirror in front of them. ( I remember my friend saying the mirror is called a “Comp’wuf!’uter”) Even that’s ok, I guess, but the weirdest part is, my two-legged sister (who also started speaking with herself) suddenly gets up from her place and dances which startles me extremely that I get up from my nap and start barking to calm her. But she seems to be enjoying herself, so I calm down instead.

Continuing with the changes…

I stopped getting my ice creams, which is absolutely detestable. My family says ” Ice creams will lead to your ill health, Triggy. Especially in these times”, and they stop the conversation. I don’t know what “these times” are but I know one thing for sure, I hate these times.

But you know something, I have come to realize that if you lost something, you would get something equally or more worthful to the stuff you have lost. Take my case, for instance, though I have lost my ice creams, I got more time to spend with my lovely family, which is more valuable than thousands of ice creams.

So, many things are changing and will be changing, which will be good or bad for us, but it depends on what you choose to believe. I believe in the good and you? Let me know in the comments. My family will convey them to me. Have a great day! Bye for now! Woof!
